Melt and pour aluminum into molds. Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment. Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely. Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding, trimming). Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.You'll work with molten aluminum, precision tools, and powerful machines to produce parts that keep trucks, engines, and heavy equipment running across North America.
What We're Looking For:
Asafety-first
mindset and attention to detail. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn. English communication skills. Experience inmanufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation
is an asset -- but we'll provide full training!High school diploma an asset.
