Role Overview



Tmatch is seeking a dual-threat Clinical Supervisor who combines elite clinical oversight with a proven track record of scaling group practices. You will not only ensure our matching algorithm remains clinically sound and ethical, but you will also lead our "Provider Success" initiative--supervising therapists on the platform to build thriving practices and expanding our referral ecosystem across Canada.

Key Responsibilities



1. Clinical Oversight & Ethics



Oversee the entire platform clinically Provide clinical supervision to therapists on the platform, ensuring compliance with provincial colleges (CRPO, BCACC, OCSWSSW, etc.). Develop "Clinical Best Practice" guidelines for intake assessments and initial consultations. Audit the Tmatch algorithm to ensure clinical appropriateness in therapist-client pairings.

2. Practice Building & Clinician Supervision



Conversion Coaching:

Train clinicians on how to conduct effective "consultation calls" that lead to high retention.

Business Development:

Create resources for therapists on the platform regarding billing, insurance navigation, and caseload management.

Retention Strategy:

Analyze data to see why certain matches don't "stick" and implement clinical interventions to improve outcomes.

3. Referral & Network Expansion



Strategic Partnerships:

Build and manage a "Master Referral List" of specialized clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers across Canada for clients Tmatch cannot serve.

B2B Outreach:

Act as the clinical "face" of Tmatch when networking with employee assistance programs (EAPs) and medical clinics to drive inbound referrals.

B2C Strategies:

As the founding clinical director, help Tmatch build a strategy to the general public

Qualifications



Licensure:

Minimum 5+ years of post-licensure experience; registered with a Canadian provincial body (e.g., RP, RSW, Psychologist).

Supervisory Status:

Meets the "Clinical Supervisor" criteria as defined by your provincial college.

The "Builder" Track Record:

Proven experience in starting, scaling, or managing a group practice with a high volume of referrals.

Tech Literacy:

Comfortable using CRM tools, data dashboards, and telehealth software.

Network:

An existing, robust professional network within the Canadian mental health landscape.
