Foundation Repair Crew Members

to join our construction team. As part of our crew,

you'll play a hands-on role in foundation repair and related construction work for both residential and commercial projects

in

Winnipeg and surrounding areas

What You'll Be Doing

Team up with your crew to complete foundation repair and related construction work. Perform hands-on tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, mixing, and installing repair systems. Troubleshoot problems on the ground and support your crew in keeping projects on track. Be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions to complete tasks with quality and efficiency. Safely operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (e.g., jackhammers, compactors). Awareness of hazards and safety practices, and ability to work safely in crawl spaces, basements, and tight spaces. Work in dirty/dusty environments (excavation, concrete, waterproofing, etc.) as required. As required, perform work in all weather conditions and while being exposed to outdoor elements: heat, cold, rainy weather, etc. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.

Previous qualifying foundation repair experience Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks A team-first mindset -- able to follow direction, work together, and contribute to the crew's success Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed)
