Foundation Coordinator

Recruitment Partners is on the search for an experienced Foundation Coordinator to join our client\xe2\x80\x99s team. Our client is a family-run non-profit enterprise that aims to support local charities. This role would be ideal for an applicant who has a solution-focused business approach, remains curious in their philanthropic endeavors, and is creative in nature. Someone who has competency in electronic file management, exceptional attention to detail, and is able to work and research independently.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Own grant application processes and provide service and support to philanthropic partners and associated entities by ensuring clear communication and nurturing relationship.
• Organize and collaborate internally and externally by driving scheduling efforts (meetings, site visits, special events, etc.) and ensuring adequate preparation by preparing analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance is met by assessing application eligibility, accuracy, and completion.
• Research and investigate within the philanthropic sector to determine future opportunities and actionable market trends.
• Execute deliverables with limited support \xe2\x80\x93 including but not limited to internal newsletters, social media output, and reports.

Your strengths include:

• 5+ years of executive office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding the non-profit sector as well as a personal commitment to professional growth is considered an asset.
