Crossroads Family Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or families to open their hearts and homes to children in need. As a Foster Parent , you will provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children who require stability and care.

Who We're Looking For:

We need caring and responsible individuals who:

• Are warm, supportive, and patient
• Are strong communicators and team players
• Can provide a safe, clean, and welcoming home with a private room
• Understand that children in care have experienced trauma and need compassionate care
• Are open to learning new ways to support and manage children's behavior
• Are committed to working with the child's biological family when possible
• Have some experience in a caregiver role (parenting, supervising, or working with children)
• Have a flexible schedule to accommodate meetings and appointments

Requirements:

? Canadian citizen/permanent resident with the right to work in Canada
? Reliable income (independent of fostering compensation)
? A stable home environment (no major changes in the past year)
? A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
? Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check, Child Welfare Check, and Driver's Abstract
