Formwork Carpenter
Job Description
We are looking to add a hardworking experienced formwork carpenter to our small crew. We are currently working in the Victoria area. This is suspended slab work, scaffold and 4 x 6 decking.
You must have carpentry skills, able to use all hand tools, enjoy the physical part of carpentry, be able to take instruction and learn fast, be completely fluent in ENGLISH, Preference given to those with elevation and layout experience.
MUST have your own transportation, not reliant on public transit.
This is NOT a 40 hour/ 5 day a week job. We can work a lot of days in a row, or have some days off waiting for other trades. Hours per day can vary. We pay well and we treat our crew very well. Rates are negotiable. Start right away.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
Experience:
Carpentry: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-06-02
