Firm Formwork is seeking Formwork Carpenters - Journeyman and Apprentices to join our growing team. We are a small formwork contractor with big plans. We are building a team from the ground up. If you have formwork experience or want to learn, get in touch! All new formwork equipment. Knowledge of Doka Wall & Deck Systems is considered an asset. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPERIENCE:

• Working on multi-story (9+ Floors) commercial construction sites
• Working within formwork, building panels for footings, slabs, retaining walls, stairs, etc.
• Able to get to the site for 7 AM
• Knowledge of Doka Wall & Deck Systems is considered an asset.

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Site located in downtown Halifax \xe2\x80\x93 Parking is paid
• Working outside \xe2\x80\x93 exposure to the elements
• Wages are at Union rates and also include medical/dental benefits and Pension contributions.
