Job Summary

We are seeking skilled skilled formwork carpenters and lead hands to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and formwork installation, with the ability to execute projects with precision. Must be label to work as lead with a crew. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality. Must be able to read drawings and complete layout.

Responsibilities

Follow installation requirements. Perform various installation tasks including building and installing formwork for footings, foundation walls, slabs...etc. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Conduct site assessments to prepare for installations and identify any potential challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as carpenter in a commercial project setting or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong skills in understanding technical specifications. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in installation work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
