Our 19,000 associates can count on competitive salaries, top-tier medical, dental, career training, and support for continued professional development.Experience being part of a high-performing team with a fulfilling career in property management with FirstService Residential.Job Overview:The main responsibility of the Forms Administrator is to assist in processing and administrating Forms B & F under the Strata Property Act, inclusive of handling external enquiries and following up with internal departments.Key Responsibilities:The Forms Administrator will be a highly motivated self-starter who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Sales Documents department by:

  • Process high volume of form requests from realtors, owners and lawyers
  • Compile and enter customer data in various applications (Welcomelink, Connect, CamAcct)
  • Ensure all documents are uploaded to the Welcomelink system are up-to-date and following up with key departments (admin, Strata Manager etc.) regarding any missing documents such as insurance summaries, budgets, warranties, etc.
  • Entering new owner accounts in Connect and CamAcct according to the lawyer\xe2\x80\x99s Form F request, including inputting strata fees and parking/locker information into the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s account to facilitate accurate billing by Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare, review and follow up on lawyer undertakings for Form F requests
  • Gather required documents requested and as required by legislation
  • Track and ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Scan and upload form packages per delivery timeline
  • Handle enquiries from realtors, owners and lawyers via phone and email
  • Follow up on outstanding information relating to forms process
  • Help Supervisor in creating SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and How-to-Guide of current processes
  • Assist various departments as required
Shifts Available:Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 8:30am to 5pm (Remote)Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possessing a strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
