Working with us means working on the biggest and most impressive estates, interesting and unique work, support and training, and taking your skills to the next level. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a central role in the carpentry team, focused on the construction of outdoor structures in high-end, residential properties. The focus of this role is concrete work and forming carpentry. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a high-achieving and supportive environment, working on interesting and unique projects. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately work from blueprints to construct patios, fences, decks, and other landscape structures.
  • Concrete work: forming carpentry - formwork for stairs, walls, foundations, architectural and exposed high-quality concrete.
  • Train, supervise, and support team members to build a positive and cohesive team environment.
Selection Criteria:
  • 5 years + carpentry experience desired, including architectural and detailed form construction.
  • Presentable, professional, and with an excellent work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on the quality finished product.
  • Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to past employers
  • Able to transport self to West Vancouver, Point Grey, or anywhere in Vancouver.
  • Red Seal preferred or working towards it
  • Happy to work outside year-round!
