Job Description
Summary of Position: We are looking to add experienced concrete form setters. Under the general direction of a Superintendent or Foreman/lead you will build forms for a variety of projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and lay out forms
- Forms sidewalks and curb, gutter and ramps
- Remove debris, equipment and keep worksite clean
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid CSTS and WHMIS ticket required
- 2-3 years' experience as concrete form setter
- Prior experience within civil construction industry is an asset
- Working knowledge of tape readings and percentage of the slop required
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Flexibility and adaptability is an asset
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends
