Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced

Forklift Driver / Material Handler / RF Operator (RFO)

to join our warehouse team. This role supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations, including the handling, movement, and tracking of materials using forklift equipment and RF/RFID scanning tools. Our warehouses operate under

food-grade certification standards

, providing a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate various types of forklift trucks (counterbalance, reach truck, etc.)

Reach Truck Experience is an asset

Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials within warehouse facilities Use RF/RFID scanning tools to accurately pick, receive, put away, and track inventory Maintain inventory accuracy and follow established warehousing procedures Work efficiently while maintaining a steady and safe handling pace Perform duties in refrigerated storage areas (temperatures as low as 0C) Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Collaborate effectively with Supervisors, co-workers, and customers Travel to other warehouse locations as required Adhere to all health, safety, and food-grade compliance standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

2 years of forklift driving experience

, demonstrating proficiency with various forklift trucks Forklift certification preferred Minimum

2 years of warehousing experience

, including RF/RFID scanning and inventory processes General knowledge of warehousing practices and procedures Ability to safely lift and handle items up to

22 kgs / 50 lbs

Experience operating a

reach truck

is considered an asset Adaptable to

flexible hours and locations

to meet customer needs Comfortable working in

refrigerated environments

(down to 0C) Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred (if travel to another location is necessary - currently Quinte area) Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Willing and able to promote a
