Responsibilities

Safely operate Raymond Reach , clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick orders according to specifications. Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials within the warehouse while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition. Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as forklifts and cranes, ensuring mechanical functionality and safety compliance. Support warehouse management with inventory control, materials handling, and proper storage practices

Experience

Proven warehouse distribution experience with a focus on order picking, shipping & receiving, or materials handling. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other mechanical or electronic tools used in logistics operations. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety protocols. Previous roles involving construction or industrial environments are advantageous due to familiarity with heavy machinery operation. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods while maintaining attention to detail during order picking tasks. Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles are a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities within logistics operations.
