Summary:

As a

Forklift Operator

, you will be playing a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout our plant.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Put away stock in racking by operating a Raymond Reach Class II and/or Forklift Class I. Check accuracy of lot #, product code, and quantity for inventory control. Pick orders for outgoing shipments. Organize and maintain product locations by regrouping, collecting and sorting products. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Loading and unloading trailers. Work closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain continuous material flow. Maintain good housekeeping practice in work areas. Follow all plant safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOP's). Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety and other standards including BSCI. Understand and comply with all HACCP and GMP policies. Completes all required documentation and paper work.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Secondary School education.
- Minimum 3 years experience operating a variety of forklifts, including reach trucks
- Ability to safely lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient skills in using RF Scanner.
- Proven experience operating reach trucks in double deep racking environments.
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and procedures.
- Proven experience working in high racking environments and narrow aisles is essential.

SHIFT TIMINGS:

Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (8.5 hrs shift)

(Total 5 days a week, 42.50 hours TOTAL)
