A leading international logistics provider is currently hiring

FORKLIFT DRIVERS

for a full-time position within a secure and fast-paced facility in

Winnipeg

. This role plays a key part in the movement and management of high-value goods, including international exports.

We're seeking a safety-conscious, reliable, and experienced individual with strong forklift handling skills--especially with larger equipment--and a commitment to excellence in secure environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Material Handling:

Accurately pick and stage orders using forklift and manual methods Process inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling, wrapping, and verifying quantities Handle raw material pallets and export-grade finished goods with care and precision Count, weigh, and document daily activity on production sheets

Shipping & Receiving:

Load and unload approx. 3 trailers per day (incoming and outgoing) Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., pick reports, trailer audits) Load high-value international shipments into export containers Follow strict procedures to ensure secure and accurate shipments

Equipment & Facility Maintenance:

Operate 8,000-10,000 lb forklifts and other power equipment Conduct daily safety inspections on all machinery and report concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space (approx. 50,000 sq. ft.) Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a secure work environment
What You'll Need:

High school diploma (or GED) At least 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination Strong ability to read and follow instructions and procedures Effective verbal and written communication skills Certification in forklift operation and/or Raymond Reach (preferred) Other certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, and Dangerous Goods are an asset Proven ability to work responsibly in a high-security setting

Successful completion of a background check is required
