Job Description

Operates powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse, storage yard, or manufacturing facility. Ensures safe and efficient material handling to support production and logistics operations.
+ Directly reports to Plant Manager
+ Adapts to varying load types and sizes, requiring spatial awareness and problem-solving skills
+ Follows established processes while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in material handling
+ Responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
+ Adheres to daily performance targets for loading, unloading, and moving materials
+ Directly contributes to inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations
+ Impacts workplace safety through adherence to safety protocols


Requirements
Experience+ Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (preferred)


Education+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid forklift certification required


Technical Knowledge+ Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks)
+ Understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operation
