, is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious

Forklift Operator

to join our logistics and warehouse team. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who values accuracy, safety, and efficiency in material handling operations within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, load, and unload materials. Transport heavy materials to designated areas on construction sites or within the warehouse. Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Follow all safety protocols and ensure materials are handled with care. Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records. Collaborate with the warehouse and site teams to support smooth workflow. Keep loading areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Adhere to schedules and deadlines for material delivery and movement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification/license (as per British Columbia regulations). Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts, preferably in a construction or industrial setting. Good understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
