Target has locations in Abbotsford, Burnaby, Calgary, Morinville, Thorhild, and Winnipeg. In Morinville, we specialize in packaging sand for use in a variety of applications and industries.

We are presently looking for an experienced full time Forklift Operator to join our team at our manufacturing and processing plant in Morinville.

Duties Include:

Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently Conduct daily equipment inspections Transfer full pallets from palletizer and hand stack lines to warehouse; place pallets in designated locations Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency Assist with organizing inventory Provide training and clear instructions to team members Collaborate with management to implement productivity strategies Communicate professionally with staff and management

Our requirements:

Proven proficiency in operating forklift trucks The ability to lift 50-80lbs Must be able to wear respirators, safety glasses and/or hearing protection in designated areas Strong leadership and team motivation skills 18yrs or older
This is a safety-sensitive position so pre-employment D&A, and medical testing will be required.
