Company Description Vention helps some of the most innovative manufacturing companies automate their production floor in just a few days. Vention\'s online-first manufacturing automation platform (MAP) enables its clients to design, automate, order, and deploy manufacturing equipment directly from their web browser. Vention is headquartered in Montreal, Canada, with offices in Berlin and Boston, and is used in over 3,000 factories on 5 continents. In May 2022, with 300 employees (and growing), Vention announced the closing of US$95M in Series C financing, which will be used to grow Vention\'s go-to-market strategy, expand the company\'s global distribution footprint, and accelerate the development of its hardware and software platform. The Forklift operator will work as part of the Fulfillment team within the fulfillment center. They will report to the Fulfillment Supervisor and be responsible for moving goods on pallets. Moving goods to and from trailers at the docks, into storage racking, etc. How you will contribute:

• Unload/load trucks with customer and supplier orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins to replenish picking locations or to help with other tasks.
• Scan material and move them according to standard work instructions where applicable.
• Organizing facility or warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Your Key Qualifications:

• 1 + year of previous driving and forklift experience: Reach truck used in fulfillment center.
• Valid forklift license
• High School Diploma
• Good written and oral communication
• Previous warehouse experience an asset, with solid warehouse and operations knowledge
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to lift up to 25-35 pounds
