Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move, load, and unload materials.
Pick, pack, and replenish stock accurately for orders and shipments.
Inspect equipment daily and follow all safety protocols.
Load/unload trucks, verify shipments, and report discrepancies.
Maintain clean workspace and assist the team as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid external forklift certification (not in-house; "a must" e.g., Counterbalance, Reach Truck).
Steel-toe safety boots (must provide own).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License is a must
Own transportation is a must
First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, or TDG certifications (bonus).
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or RF scanners.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel for logs/data entry).
1+ years operating MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a warehouse.
2+ years in general warehouse/logistics (preferred).
Background in high-volume distribution (asset).
Lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift.
Detail-oriented with accuracy in order picking/shipping.
Team player with clear communication.
Problem-solving for inventory/shipping discrepancies.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Rosser, Northeast Winnipeg, Manitoba
Type: Contract position
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: Weekly pay
