Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Forklift Operator (Contract Position)Location: Brantford, ONPay Range: $21.50 per hour (Afternoon shift: $22.25)What's the Job?
- Operate electric counterbalance and Raymond reach forklifts to load and unload trucks.
- Assist in packaging operations.
- Move materials to the new warehouse as required.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to GMP standards.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Licensed to operate Counter Balance and Raymond Reach Forklift.
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Weekly schedule.
- Must be available for various shifts including 6am - 2pm, 12pm - 8pm, or 3pm - 11pm.
