Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team at Westberry Farms Ltd. in Abbotsford, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Operate forkliftS safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse & yard area Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all operations. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Valid forklift operator certification is required. Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $17.85-$18.85 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Weekends as needed
