Material Handler/Lift Truck Driver

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this position is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective movement of material from the production area to the warehouse.

This position will follow a continuous operation schedule working 12 hour rotating shifts (5:30am-5:30pm/5:30pm-5:30am). Four (4) week Shift Example: DDOONNN-OODDOOO-NNOODDD-OONNOOO (Days (\xe2\x80\x9cD\xe2\x80\x9d), Nights (\xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d), Off (\xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d).

What you will do:

• Manage material movement from production to warehouse;
• Manage transactions associated with material flow;
• Wrapping of pallets;
• Loading / unloading and receiving of trucks;
• Inventory control for packaging supplies;

What you have to offer:

• Valid lift truck license or ability to obtain license;
• Minimum two (2) years experience in a similar role;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Enthusiastic self-starter, with an ability to communicate effectively;
• High energy level, positive attitude and able to work effectively with other departments;
• Demonstrated professional and respectful attitude in the workplace;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently;
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Must be able to work twelve (12) hour rotating continental shifts and every second weekend;
• Must have own transportation as transit does not operate in area before 6:00am;
• Will be required to complete a criminal background check;

Retention Bonus; * Annual gainsharing payout with a maximum payout of $1,200;
