TREE PLANTER 2023 SEASON
Spectrum is seeking Forestry Technicians for our 2023 Timber Development season!

Position will take place in Northern BC -
Positions open for January 2023
Compensation
-
$245.00-$260.00 per day, plus $30.00 per diem
Essential Functions:
-
Timber Cruising & Assistance -
Boundary and Road Layout and Traverse -
Riparian Assessment, Ecotype mapping, Road ECE\xe2\x80\x99s -
Crossing and Site Plan Data Collection
Minimum Requirements:
-
A safety conscious attitude -
A love of the outdoors -
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team -
1 year of Forestry-related experience -
Post-secondary education in natural resources, forestry or a related field (considered an asset) -
Previous experience operating ATVs and pick-up trucks safely on various road conditions will be considered an asset -
Punctuality, dependability, and accountability in the field -
The ability to work away from home for periods of time
