has an opportunity at Richmond branch for a

Foreperson

too be the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors. A few of the main duties of a foreman are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, and overseeing the quality of the site. They also must report the progress of the project to superiors (QA/QC).



Opportunity for over-night shifts

The wage band for this position is $40.00 - $49.00 an hour and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred or equivalent experience Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes Attention to detail and precision Ability to constantly plan and track progress Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints Practices, procedures, techniques in the Construction Trades tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control and safety.
