& Summary A career in our Digital Forensics and eDiscovery (DFeD) practice, within Forensic Technology services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients protect their business in todayaEUR(TM)s evolving landscape by applying advanced and strategic approaches to information management. We focus on assisting organisations manage vast amounts of electronic data and navigate the legal and business processes demanded by critical events which includes litigation, regulatory requests and internal investigations.

Our team helps our clients collect, filter, and review electronic documents to effectively mitigate technological risk and maximise exploitation of their information assets.

Purpose-led work youaEUR(TM)ll be part of

As a Senior Associate, youaEUR(TM)ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Participating in the planning and development of the overall forensic investigation/collection/processing plan and strategy for specific projects

Coordinating and interacting with clients and parties of interest to obtain the necessary information to perform the agreed upon forensic services

Processing, managing, and producing electronic data using a variety of tools including electronic discovery / document review software

Filtering, analyzing, and reporting on findings using the appropriate investigative tools

Ensuring appropriate data handling and documentation of electronic evidence, in order to maintain data integrity throughout the process

Attending and participating in project team meetings to discuss findings to date

Brainstorming on additional areas to investigate and additional forensic services (i.e. computer forensics) that would be beneficial to the client

Supporting project team members and management with technology, reporting, and/or client management tasks

Experiences and skills youaEUR(TM)ll use to solve

Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CGA or CMA), with a willingness to successfully complete the Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) course of study within one year of joining PwCaEUR(TM)s Forensic Services practice

Experience in the areas of Fraud Investigation/eDiscovery/Forensic Technology

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong track record of internal policy compliance (e.g. timesheet, status reports, etc.)

An ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

Experience with working with legal and data processing technologies (i.e. Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, iCONECT, Agility Blue)

Familiarity with fraud examination methodologies

Experience using forensic investigation tools (i.e. Cellebrite Digital Intelligence, Forensic Toolkit [FTK])

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

The ability and willingness to travel within Canada
