Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced /Supervisor to join our team in overseeing civil projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on civil sites to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Oversee day to day activities on site, including excavating, grading, compaction, and erosion control, to ensure compliance with project specitication, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in civil techniques and safety protocols. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in civil management or a related field with a strong understanding of civil site operations. Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Prior supervising experience is essential; demonstrated leadership capabilities are a plus. High attention to detail is required.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
