Crew Leader

who's not afraid to get their hands dirty, lead from the front, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. If you've got the experience, drive, and confidence to run a job site like a well-oiled machine--we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead From the Front:

Supervise and motivate your crew to deliver top-notch results while maintaining a positive, respectful work environment.

Own the Execution:

Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings across a range of projects--from custom homes to large-scale industrial builds.

Raise the Bar on Quality:

Perform regular quality checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations--and quickly fix anything that doesn't.

Champion Safety:

Conduct daily safety checks and make sure all team members follow safety protocols to a T.

Keep Materials in Check:

Organize deliveries, manage resources, and minimize material waste to keep job sites efficient and on budget.

Be the Communicator:

Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everyone on the same page and projects on schedule.

Grow the Crew:

Mentor junior team members and help them build their skills--because strong teams build stronger structures.
What You Bring:

3+ years

in construction (residential, commercial, or industrial) and

2+ years

in a leadership/supervisory role. Solid knowledge of construction practices including framing, concrete, finishing, and infrastructure work. Confident in reading blueprints and making on-the-fly decisions to keep things running. A natural motivator and team builder who leads by example. Strong communication skills--on the ground and with the office. Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting, working at heights, and working outdoors in all weather. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation around Windsor-Essex.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
