Construction Foreman -- Concrete & Framing Focus

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman with hands-on expertise in concrete forming, slab work, and light framing. This role is field-focused: you will lead crews, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews on concrete slabs, walkways, and small framing projects Assist with forming, placing, and finishing concrete when needed Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate field execution Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper workflow Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members on-site Mentor and guide crew members to maintain high standards of work
Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in concrete forming, finishing, and framing Strong leadership skills and crew supervision experience Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control Strong communication and coordination skills
