Job Description
Job Title: Foreman
Location: Vancouver, BC
Pay: Depends upon experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and apprentices
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide hands-on support where needed
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installations and repairs
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with electrical codes and regulations
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
Journeyman Electrician certification (preferred)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Valid driver's license
