Wesbrook Construction is a team of highly skilled custom builders and home renovators seeking an experienced

Foreman / Skilled Carpenter

to join our crew. We specialize in high-quality custom home renovations, collaborating with designers, tradespeople, and industry professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, leads by example, and is ready to grow with a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small crew on residential and light commercial projects Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and take accurate measurements Install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are met Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Communicate effectively with clients, trades, and team members

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of carpentry experience

(Red Seal or 3rd/4th year apprentice an asset) Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods Proven ability to

lead a crew

and work independently when required Must provide your own standard carpentry tools

Valid B.C. driver's license

and reliable vehicle Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm) Physically fit, dependable, and professional in demeanor Willingness to travel throughout

Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley

(occasional out-of-town work)
