Job Description

Located in Scarborough, we are seeking a leader with a positive, can-do attitude to guide and supervise other heavy lift crews. Main job involves estimating, planning and moving large heavy equipment, sensitive machines, HVAC, high end medical systems and large sculptures.

Jobs can involve delivery by crane hoisting, rigging on site, light assembly and disassembly, and fine tune placement. There is also opportunity for travel to various cities in Canada for oversea large medical system installations. This is a job that offers something different every day.

Requirements:

Comfortable working from heights. Able to work some evening overtime and weekend hours. Knowledge of safe work practices. Past experience as a team leader and supervisor. Past experience as a rigger and/or millwright. Must have a clean criminal record. Must be drug free and can pass DOT drug testing.
Other Points:

Ideal candidate has an AZ or DZ driver license. Experience running a telehandler is a bonus. Travel opportunities are a part of this job.
Lots of OVERTIME available for those who want it. Overtime pay is based on hours worked in a day. All weekend work pays overtime or double time.
