Foreman Residential Framing
Job Description
Qualifying individuals must have 2-3 years experience in the industry, experience in managing crew, be reliable, have a great work ethic and must hold a valid class 5 license.
Workplace environment:
Single/Multi unit builds.
New builds to various renovations.
Outdoor work.
Heavy lifting.
Heights required.
Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining safety standards.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crew and multiple trades.
Manage material to ensure timely availability of supplies such as hand tools, power tools, and other construction materials.
Decipher and delegate blueprint requirements.
Ensure accuracy, details and safety.
Framing interior, exterior walls, doors, windows, installing trusses, soffit and facia.
Operation of tools and machinery.
Wage will be based on experience.
