What You'll Do
Project Oversight: Supervises all aspects of metal roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring work aligns with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
Crew Management: Assigns tasks to crew members, monitors performance, and provides on-site training to ensure skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
Logistics & Planning: Coordinates daily operations, including mobilisation and demobilisation of job sites, material handling, and equipment readiness.
Quality Control: Inspects ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets company and client expectations for workmanship and durability.
Communication: Acts as the liaison between workers, clients, and upper management, reporting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Administrative Duties: Maintains records, prepares reports, and may assist in estimating and quoting jobs.
Assist in metal roofing work alongside the crew as needed
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience as a Foreman in Commercial Flat Roofing in the Metal department.
Knowledge of the health and safety regulations
Ability to be a dependable team player
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Valid Working at Heights Certification
Access to CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
Must be flexible with working hours and travel to job sites.
Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
