Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable

CIPP Lining Foreman

to join our team, specializing in

trenchless rehabilitation and repair

of pipelines, including

UV cure

technology for full-length and sectional repairs. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and upholding high standards of work quality. This role involves supervising crew members, coordinating equipment needs, maintaining job site safety, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and building regulations. The Foreman will also support manual labor tasks when needed and collaborate with the

Construction Manager

to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Candidates must be flexible, able to travel to various project sites, and prepared for extended periods away from home when necessary.

Membership in Liuna Local 183 is required, and non-members will need to join.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, supervise, and coordinate crew activities for

CIPP lining

projects, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective installation of liners, including

UV cure

technology. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure procedures are followed accurately. Oversee and participate in the setup and maintenance of all necessary equipment and tools for CIPP lining installations. Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members, ensuring that all team members are adequately trained and meet safety standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and job site protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist in managing equipment repairs, coordinating with vendors or maintenance teams as needed. Monitor and maintain the quality of work throughout the project, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure high-quality results. Collaborate with the

Construction Manager

to manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Travel is required

for certain projects, with assignments occasionally lasting up to a month. Candidates should be willing to travel to various job sites as needed.

Must maintain membership in Liuna Local 183 (non-members will need to join).


Qualifications:



Experience

in

CIPP lining installation

, including

UV cure systems

for full-length and sectional repairs. Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role, with

3-5 years of experience

in CIPP lining or similar pipeline rehabilitation work. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Experience in managing crew operations, including training, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team,

Construction Manager

, and other stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and project issues in a timely manner.

Valid class G driver's license

required; DZ license preferred.

Membership in Liuna Local 183 required.
