Duties

Execute foreign exchange trades on behalf of clients while adhering to established protocols and risk management strategies. Analyze market data and trends to make informed trading decisions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering insights into market conditions. Manage cash handling and cash management processes to ensure accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with team members to develop trading strategies that maximize profitability while minimizing risk. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and client interactions for compliance purposes. Upsell additional financial products or services that may benefit clients based on their trading needs.

Experience

Previous experience in cash handling or cashiering is preferred. Strong background in sales or customer service within the financial services industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in mathematics and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets effectively. Familiarity with foreign exchange markets and trading platforms is an advantage but not mandatory. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
