Commission: Potential total earnings of $80,000-$100,000 for top performers
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to clients with inactive accounts and convert them into active traders
Promote CanAm's FX services and products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Record client interactions and track performance using CRM software
Stay informed on currency rates, market trends, and FX news
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in sales, financial services, or banking (FX experience is an asset)
Proven success in closing sales and converting leads
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable making 50-80 outbound calls daily
Education:
High school diploma required
Post-secondary education in finance, business, or economics is an asset
Technical Skills:
CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
Excel or Google Sheets for tracking calls and performance
Familiarity with FX platforms or rate-monitoring tools is an advantage

Base Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
