Job Description

/ Duties

The

foot care REGISTERED NURSE collaborates with Prime Care interdisciplinary team, to provide full scope foot care to patients experiencing chronic diseases and complex multi-system diseases. Services includes diabetes and wound foot care within the nursing scope, to full scope.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Member of College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing without practices restrictions. Holder of an Advanced and diabetic foot care certificate. Two to three years of clinical experience.. Experience working in primary care an asset. Knowledge of and working experience with computer system, including Accuro EMR Knowledge of and working experience with OCEANS an asset.
