Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers within the facility. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with nursing practices and advancements in medical technology.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of practice. Strong understanding of patient care principles and nursing best practices. Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare teams. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care activities. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
