We are looking to fill several positions on the food truck and successful candidates may find themselves doing multiple jobs, or one job for the duration of the season, Order taker/Cash, Assembler, Presenter, Prep, Fryer/Grill Cook. Successful candidates must be willing to go where needed and do multiple tasks when required. At Back East Seafood, Quality Food and Quality Customer Service is the trademark of our business. Qualifications: Kitchen Experience, Customer Service, Cash, Order Taking, POS Experience are all assets, however we are willing to train the right candidates regardless of qualifications. Culinary Training, Food Safe Certificate and first aid are all considered assets It is important to note that working on a food truck is very fast paced, it is demanding both physically and mentally, and at times we are working during extreme temperature fluctuations, both cold, hot and humid. Season & Wages Season runs May 2023-August/September 2023 (with possibility of season extension) Wages $14.50-$17.00 wages are commensurate with experience and positions hired for. Hours Part time to Full time hours 15-40 per week 7 days a week possible Operating Hours approx 10am-7:30pm Concert and Event Catering Hours will Vary and hours and days of operation are subject to change due to business needs.
