Job Description

Trailway Brewing Company is looking for a Food Truck Attendant to join our team. The Food Truck Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the food truck, preparing food orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing outstanding customer service.

Position Requirements:

Previous experience in food service Valid Food Safety Certification Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of food according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including equipment, surfaces, and storage areas Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, including maintaining all temperature and sanitation logs Provide friendly and attentive customer service Assist in opening and closing procedures following the standard operating procedures checklists Collaborate with other food truck staff and Management to ensure a positive customer service experience Help to develop food specials based on trends and seasonality. Ensure proper stock of food prep and materials by completing inventory and stock lists.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and cooking techniques Organized and efficient Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Flexibility to handle varying business levels and unexpected situations Must be able to work standing for long periods in a hot and small space

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $15.65 per hour
