Southern Plains Co-op is hiring a full time Food Store Manager in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Are you a dynamic leader with a demonstrated history of successfully overseeing and managing a retail store? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone with a proven ability to lead and empower diverse teams, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results within budget and timeline constraints.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store.
• Responsible for the growth of sales and oversee store pricing, promotions, and products.
• Responsible for procurement of merchandise and oversee adherence to brand and merchandizing standards.
• Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals.
• Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, and training and development of team members.
• Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions.
• Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Nestled along the Souris River, Estevan is home to Boundary Dam, the lake that never freezes and the only place in Saskatchewan to fish the mighty Largemouth Bass. Surrounded by parks, this scenic town recreational activities in Hunting & Fishing, Arts & Culture, Motor Sports, and even a Farmers Market.

• You have 6 \xe2\x80\x93 9 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Retail experience in a competitive and complex environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple demands \xe2\x80\x93 adaptable, organized, efficient and committed.

• You balance stakeholders while also directing work and ensuring accountability.
