Freshii Douglas is now hiring PT and FT staff.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, with a strong commitment to food safety and quality.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately when required. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in bartending or restaurant settings is a plus. A team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.20 per hour
