Starting Pay:

$17/hour
(Salary will be reviewed and updated after a 3-month probation period for successful candidates on a long-term contract)

What You'll Do:

Greet and seat guests with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and barista team. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure every order is correct. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized cafe and dining area at all times. Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations. Assist with lab/cafe prep and inventory as needed (for Barista role).

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role. Must provide

references

from previous employment. Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills. Strong multitasking ability to handle busy periods calmly and efficiently. Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Extra Assets:

Coffee preparation or cafe experience (for Barista). Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
