Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Waitress/Waiter to join our team. The person who is the ideal candidate will be in charge of providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. As a waitress and Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the staff efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all orders are correct. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. The salary will be based on your experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods. Attention to detail in taking orders and serving food accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
