Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests and supporting the overall operations of our food service establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers. Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling and preparation.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the workplace.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
