Prepare and serve fresh pasta dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude
Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and promotions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick serve or fast-casual restaurant
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
