Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Handle food preparation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food handling, food preparation, or related roles preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Comfortable with cash handling procedures

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
