Position Summary

As a Food Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. From blanching fresh-cut fries to crafting the perfect poutine, you'll keep the energy high, the food hot, and the atmosphere rockin'!

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver Legendary Service:

Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and create a fun, positive atmosphere.

Craft Poutine Masterpieces:

Prepare delicious poutines using fresh ingredients and our signature recipes.

Blanch & Fry Like a Pro:

Properly blanch and cook fresh-cut fries to Smoke's standards.

Follow Cleanliness Protocols:

Keep the kitchen, service, and dining areas in tip-top shape, always meeting food safety standards.

Work as a Team:

Collaborate with teammates in a fun, fast-paced, and friendly environment.

Handle Transactions:

Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.

Previous Experience: Food service or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person!
