We are looking for a kitchen supervsior for two weekend shifts:
Sat: 6 AM to 2:30 PM
Sun: 6 AM to 2:30 PM
The kitchen supervisor will be the lead cook on the shift, ensuring breakfast and lunch production is completed as per the cycle menu.
Job Responsibilities
------------------------
Lead daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, plating, and service coordination
Maintain proper food costing, portion control, and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams
Maintain consistency, timing, and presentation of all dishes
Qualifications
------------------
A 2-year culinary diploma OR Red Seal
Must have atleast 3 years experience as a supervisor/ sous chef/ chef
